Please see the photos for more detail. Listing does not include AC adapter. Accepts a standard 3.5mm barrel 12VDC 1A adapter. No other parts or accessories are included. We tested the panel by plugging it in to an AC adapter (not included). It powers on, the display works, and the settings button responds when pressed. We checked function by holding our fingers on the thermostat and waiting for the fans to power on after the temperature rises. This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe the fan panel is in working condition.
