Includes Polar heart Rate Monitor receiver (2nd to last photo). If you are upgrading your machine and are concerned how to mount the Heart Rate Reciever you can simply place it loose behind the display in the hollow space and it will function fine, I have test this in the past and can not see a difference in funtion or range. Removed from a working True 450 HRC with 612 miles 160 hours! Measures 22 3/4" x 5 7/8 " (compare your display for fit). Includes only what is shown in first 9 photos.
